Objectives:To investigate the bone marrow cytology feature of the hematocytopenia with cirrhosis patients and the correlation of bone marrow cytologic diagnosis. Methods: From December 2008 to August 2010, in Deparment of gastroenterology of Shihezi People's Hospital and Deparment of hematopathy, the first affitated hospital of medical college of shi he zi. The 60 patients of cirrhosis of decompensation and 60 cases of non-cirrhosis in hospital were examined hemocytes analysis and bone marrow cytological examination and were diagnosed with bone marrow cytology. Results:The bone marrow cytological examination of cirrhosis were variety in hyperplasia degree, Obviously hyperplasia active and hyperplasia active in cirrhosis were the more, hyperplasia active and hypoplasia in the bone marrow cytological examination of noncirrhosis were more, bone marrow cytologic diagnosis in cirrhosis show diverse type, bone marrow cytologic examination coincided with peripheral blood cell analysis. The hyperplasia degree grades of cirrhosis group with non-cirrhosis group were different (P<0.01), constituent ratio of bone marrow cytologic diagnosis types of cirrhosis group with non-cirrhosis group were different(P<0.01). The patients of cirrhosis with granulocyte erythrocytes ratios were lower than non-cirrhosis, the patients of cirrhosis with granulocyte and erythrocytes and megalokaryocyte quantity were higher than non-cirrhosis group (P<0.01). The hyperplasia degree grades with granulocyte erythrocytes ratios and granulocyte and erythrocytes and megalokaryocyte quantity in cirrhosis were different(P<0.01), obviously hyperplasia active group in granulocyte erythrocytes ratios and granulocyte were lower than hyperplasia active group, obviously hyperplasia active group in erythrocytes and megalokaryocyte quantity were higher than hyperplasia active group (P<0.01), hyperplasia active group were lower than hypoplasia group in granulocyte erythrocytes ratios and higher than hypoplasia group in erythrocytes and megalokaryocyte quantity(P<0.01). Conclusion:1) The bone marrow cytologic examination of cirrhosis were variety in hyperplasia degree, bone marrow cytologic diagnosis were demonstrated diverse types, bone marrow cytologic diagnosis coincided with peripheral blood cell analysis, provided reference with diagnosis and treatment.2) The marrow cytological examination for cirrhosis compared with haemocyte analysis could be accurately reflected hemocytes disorder.
