Objective:In this paper, by 60 cases of optic nerve contusion inpatients'clinical data, to observe the clinical effect of mouse nerve growth factor combined with puerarin to treat optic nerve contusion; to sum up on epidemiology, diagnosis, treatment and other clinical data, and treatment were compared and discussed. Methods:The topic established clinical observation form of 60 patients with optic nerve contusion, all patients were tread in Harbin 242 Hospital of AVIC and Harbin University of Medicine Affiliated No 1 Hospital the May 2008 - November 2009, 2008 - November 2009, and clinical observation study, randomly 60 patients with optic nerve contusion (60 eyes) were divided into two groups, treatment group, 30 patients (30 eyes), control group 300 patients (30 eyes). Treatment group mainly used the mouse nerve growth factor 30μg, with 2 ml physiological sodium chloride solution or dissolved in water for injection, intramuscular injection once daily, with an average treatment of 21 days, Puerarin injection 250mL a day, while regular drug treatment. Control group, without using mouse nerve growth factor, puerarin, other drugs with the treatment group, through the vision, VEP and vision of the two treatments before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: (1) Mouse nerve growth factor with puerarin treatment of optic nerve contusion total effective rate was 86.7%, control group 63.3%, there was significant difference between the two groups (χ2 = 3.875, P <0.05). (2) VEP, through P100 latency and amplitude of the two groups were compared before and after treatment and between two groups, two groups of patients before treatment was no statistical significance (p> 0.05), compared two groups after treatment was significant in statiatics( P <0.05), treatment group better than the control group after treatment, and two groups of patients after treatment better than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (p <0.05). (3) In the vision, through vision average degree of photosensitive and degrees of the mean defect between the two groups before and after treatment compared, two groups of patients before treatment was not significant (p> 0.05), compared two groups after treatment was statistically significance (P <0.05), treatment group better than the control group after treatment, and two groups of patients after treatment better than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (p <0.05)Conclusions:1 Mouse nerve growth factor combined puerarin in the treatment of optic nerve contusion with a positive effect, and worthy of promotion.2 Compared to visual acuity, VEP is an objective, accurate, highly practical clinical methods of examination.3 Conventional therapy plus mouse nerve growth factor binding of puerarin on the efficacy of optic nerve injury better than conventional hormone therapy...
