Objective:To acupuncture alone as the control, observation of acupuncture combined with oral Naodesheng of cerebral infarction (Qi and Blood Stasis) clinical symptoms, neurological deficits and the impact of activities of daily living.Method:1. Into the 60 cases met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into acupuncture group and the acupuncture group,30 cases in each group.2.Acupunctureacupoints:Scalp court to take Shenting,Benshen(double), Qianshencong puncturing Xuanli(double), football sense region (double); body needle in ipsilateral Jianyu, Quchi, Shousanli, external relations, Hegu, Biguan, Futu, Zusanli, Yinlingquan, Yanglingquan, Fenglong, Sanyinjiao, Zhaohai, Taichong; acupuncture combined oral Naodesheng group given Naodesheng. Two groups were treated continuously for 30 days as a course.3. With clinical neurological deficits and activities of daily living scale for rating scale as the detection method, recorded before and after treatment in patients with neurological deficits and activities of daily living.Results:The total effective rate of acupuncture group was 90.0%, acupuncture group was 86.7%, the second group, the total effective acupuncture group was better than acupuncture group, the difference was significant (P<0.05); two groups of clinical neurological deficit and activities of daily living scale for rating scale points compared before and after treatment group were significantly improved, the difference was significant (P<0.01), acupuncture group after treatment was better than acupuncture points acupuncture group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: 1. Acupuncture combined with Naodesheng can improve cerebral infarction (Qi and Blood Stasis) symptoms, and significantly more effective than simple acupuncture group.2. Acupuncture combined with Naodesheng can improve cerebral infarction (Qi and Blood Stasis) in patients with neurologic impairment, and more effective than simple acupuncture group.3. Acupuncture combined with Naodesheng can improve cerebral infarction (Qi and Blood Stasis) in patients with activities of daily living, and more effective than simple acupuncture group.4. Acupuncture treatment of cerebral infarction remedy is reliable and better than acupuncture, it is widely used in clinical practice.
