This dissertation studied synthesis and structure modification of tetrahydrocarb-yl-porphyrin, and it was made up with three parts:synthesis andβ-modification of tetramethylporphyrin;β-modification of tetraphenylporphyrin; benzene-modification of tetraphenylporphyrin.17 compounds were synthesized, in which 9 of them are new. All the compounds were characterized by IR, MS,H NMR and UV-vis spectra.First, tetramethylporphyrin is synthetized using improved Adler-Longo method in this part, then, metallic porphyrin is produced by coordination with a metal ion. A series of tetramethylporphyrin derivatives were synthesized by the functionalization and derivation of the tetramethylporphyrin, at last, phosphonium salt was synthetized.β-Modification of tetraphenylporphyrin is similar to that of tetramethylporphyrin, In this part, we facused on the metallization of tetraphenylporphyrin and itsβ-modification, including nitration reaction, reduction reaction, acetylation reaction etc. The only difference is free base tetraphenylporphyrin can be easily brominated without metallization. Benzene-modification of tetraphenylporphyrin was realized via electrophilic substitution reactions on the benzene ring. In this part we facused on nitration, reduction, acetylation, alkaline hydrolysis as well as esterification reaction. A series of porphyrin derivatives, which have potential ability to recognize the molecules, were synthetized and characterized.
