Clinical Analys For 113 Cases With Ectopic Pregnancy Treated By Methorexate

Ectopic pregnancy is common gynecologic disease, serious harm to women's health and female reproductive capacity. In recent years its incidence is gradually rising trend, U.S. CDC rough statistics show ectopic pregnancies accounted for pregnancy number as high as 1.2% - 1.4%. According to the different range of factors, set in group of statistical analysis comparison, discusses the curative effect, and conservative MTX affect curative effect of related factors (bloodβ- HCG, gestational age, ectopic pregnancy bag piece size, clinical symptoms). The result shows: the conservative treatment 113 patients of success: 103 cases (91.2%), conservative treatment failure: 10 patients (8.8%). And bloodβ-HCG higher than this range, successful rate dropped significantly, with bloodβ-HCG is increasing and reduced.β-HCG in certain scope (2410.8±1737.8) IU/L can consider carefully, when necessary, conservative treatment, but repeated application MTX significantly prolongs length of time,average (15.8±3.6) IU/L . Conservative treatment success 76.1% bloodβ-HCG cases show a steady drop curve changes. 23.9% patients bloodβ-HCG appear elevated phenomenon after 3 ~ 10 days, namely rebounded inβ-HCG decline curve. Other related factors: gestational age, ectopic pregnancy bag piece size has no obvious relation ,and success of clinical symptoms quantitative statistics show: the more serious the clinical symptoms of low success rate.The statistical results, concluded that in ectopic pregnancy in conservative treatment, bloodβ-HCG has irreplaceable clinical value, but it is not decided the success of the conservative treatment independent risk factors.
