With the improvement of living standards and life rhythm speeding up. often smoking, excessive drinking, stay up late and other unhealthy behavior way of life are threatening people's health. Especially China's civil servants, as national official business workers, the whole of people's physical and mental health is not optimistic, they hold the quite big proportion of chronic fatigue, psychological pressure, the incidence of cardioascular disease These physical or psychological reactions are closely related to the regulation of the autonomic nervous system(ANS). autonomic nerve can directly or indirectly regulate visceral organs activities, maintain the balance of internal and external environment, once ANS function disorder, will be early warning about physical and mental health issues. Heart rate variability (HRV) is commonly used to judge the autonomic nervous activity quantitative indices. HRV frequency-domain index includes:total power (TP) and reflect the sympathetic nervous activity degree low-frequency power (LF) or normalized low-frequency power (LFnorm), reflecting the parasympathetic nerve activity degree of high frequency power (HF) or normalized high frequency power (HFnorm), and balanced degrees (LF/HF). When the sympathetic nerve and parasympathetic nerve interaction balance state, the higher HRV, the better physical condition, once one or both activity increase or decrease, ANS function will be disorder, for instance:adjusting imbalances sympathetic nervous excessive and excited, easy appear anxiety, fear, anxiety, excitement, headache, blood pressure rise state:Parasympathetic nerve activity dominates, easy performance for depression, weakness, dizziness, indigestion, neurasthenia:When the total power reduction, will tip body are fatigue, whole autonomous neural activity weakens. Obviously. HRV is predicting "body overdraw", through the effective index situation for the determination of HRV frequency domain indexes, analyzing related factors, from healthy check-up, health risk factors assessment, mental health assessment of this group from multiple perspectives, such as the comprehensive evaluation of ANS functional active status, early detection of autonomic function abnormal changes, and take relative intervention, have the important meaning to prevent and control of cardiovascular disease,improve the physical and mental health of the public servants group level.[Objective] Through taking the investigation of autonomic nervous system control ability and heart rate variability influence factors, the purpose of this study is understanding functional active of the autonomic nervous system, analyzing of relevant factors in heart rate variability, and through improving the autonomic nervous system function activity, proposes relevant remedy and suggestions ahout the existing health problems of public servant group in Changchun City.[Methods] Choose 483 on-job civil servants of some provincial office in changchun city by the method of convenient sampling. Analysis the physical examination results in the First Hospital of Jilin University, and adopt SUN-8800 full-automatic and multi-functional health detecting system to determine heart rate variability. Meanwhile chronic disease evaluation questionnaire has been applied to collect the behavior information. MBI-GS, PSSS, SAS. SDS scales have been applied to collect the psychological health information. Epidata3.02 has been used for data entry, and using SPSS13.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.[Results] In this group of civil servants, there are 74.5% preson with lower TP, the autonomic nervous system adjustment ability weakened. There are 38.3% preson with lower LFnorm, the activity of the sympathetic nerves weakened, and 47.8% preson with higher LFnorm. reflecting the sympathetic nerves activity, status of anxiety.nervous and excited have eassily appeared. There are 48.0% person with lower HFnorm. the activity of the parasympathetic nerves has weakened, and 36.4% person with higher HFnorm. status of melancholy activities.weakness. neurasthenia, indigestion have eassily appeared. The data of LF/HF is 38.1% in the normal range, namely the regulatory function of autonomic nervous system is balanced,61.9% person lead to unbalanced regulation in autonomic nervous system, with the ability of resisting fatigue declined. There are 55.1% person with job burnout of different level of performance, have of job burnout people sympathetic nervous activity degree inferior; 7.2% person have anxiety, sympathetic nervous activity is higher; 20.9% person have depressed mood, sympathetic nervous activity is lower, parasympathetic nerve tension is higher.[Conclusion] The whole group of Changchun civil servants generally have autonomic function abate phenomenon, and the serious problem is the regulate of ANS function is unbalanced. HRV influence factor is various, specific include age. gender, high blood sugar, high blood pressure, anxiety, job burnout, etc. This group of hyperglycemia. hypertension and behavior way of life is closely related to the detection rate of cardiovascular risk factors, and mental health problems are higher. According to civil servants health status, implement health management strategies, namely from physiology, psychology, behavior lifestyle multi-angle comprehensive assessment health risk factors, and take related intervention, are effective measures about improving autonomic function.
