Objective To explore the effect of Ta1 on People gallbladder cell linesGBC-SD of invasion ability.Methods The People gallbladder GBC-SD cells were cultured, and divided into4 groups, namely control and different concentrations of Ta1 treatment(100, 200,400ug/m1)groups.The cell invasion ability was observed by the cell invasionassay.MMPs gelatinases spectrum analysis detection MMP - 2, MMP- 9 proteinexpression.Results The invasive ability of cancer cell in each group significantlyweaken,with the Ta1 concentration increased ,each concentration dependence is thedifference between a statistically significant (P < 0.05). Compared with controlgroup,theMMP-9protein expression of different concentrations of Ta1 groupsdecreased ,and with the increase of Ta1 concentration, MMP - 9 protein expressiongradually decreases. But Ta1 to MMP - 2 protein expression no obvious effect.Conclusions The invasive ability of GBC-SDcells can be inhibited byTa1,and with Ta1 concentration increased, the invasive ability decreased gradually,oneof the mechanisms may be related to reduce the MMP-9 protein and gene expression.
