Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of the antiplatelet therapy of indobufen combined with clopidogrel treating non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome. Methods:According to inclusive criteria, 60 patients of non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome were selected and divided into 2 groups, treated with indobufen combined with clopidogrel or aspirin combined with clopidogrel respectively. The platelet agglutination rate were detected before medication and after a week of platelet aggregation and the platelet parameters, liver and kidney functions and observe adverse events (recurrent angina, stroke, reinfarction during hospitalization, cardiovascular disease death and bleeding and gastrointestinal reactions)were monitored within one month). Results:The platelet aggregation rate after treatment of both groups significantly lower than that before treatment (P <0.001),platelet parameters, liver and kidney function indexes were not statistically different before and after treatment (P> 0.05)beteew the two groups, indobufen and clopidogrel group does not increase adverse events compared with aspirin and clopidogrel group. Conclusion:Indobufen combined with clopidogrel for short-term treatment of non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome is Relatively safe and effective.
