Objective:To investigate the T cell subgroups and Natural Killer(NK)cell's expression level ofperipheral bl0d in lymphoma patients,to discuss the relationship of their cellular immunefunction and clinical cursive effect,to evaluate preliminarily the reference value ofjudging andpredicting the outcome of refractory lymphoma patients by detecting the T cell subgroups andNK cell's expression levelMethods:Flow c)'tometry was applied to detect T cell subgroups and NK cell's expression levelof peripheral bl0d in 60.early cure lymphoma patients with chemotherapy before,16.completeremission(CR)lymphoma patients with chemotherapy after and 20.normal controls, afterchemotherapy follow-up they were divided into 30 cases of refractory group and 30.cases ofeffective group(including 16.cases of CR group and 14 cases ofpartial remission group)Results:Compared with the normal controls,CD4~+,CD4~+/CD8~+and NK cell in lymphomapatients with chemotherapybefore decreased(t=12.218,P=0.000:t=11.225,P=0.000:t=6.365,P=0.0),while CD3~+and CD8~+cell increased(t=-3.439,P=0.001:t=-5.625,P=0.0)Compared with effective group,CD4~+,CD4~+/CD8~+and NK cell in refractory groupwith chemotherapybefore decreased(t=2.163,P=0.036;t=3.272,P=0.003:t=2.771,P=0.008,,while CD3~+and CD8~+cell increased(t=-2.540,P=0.015:t=-2.416,P=0.020)The 95%confidence interval of CD3~+,CD4~+,CD8~+,CD4~+/CD8~+,NK cell's expression level in therefractory group and effective group with chemotherapy before respectively is(76.2.1%,83.13%)vs(66.29%,77.53%):(24 40%,31.OO%)vs(29 00%.37.26%):(38 80%,50.61%)vs(29 17%,40.78%);(0.56,0.79)vs(0.85,1.34);(7.09%,12.66%)vs(12.32%,18 48%)The T cell subgroups and NK cell's expression level of peripheral bl0d in CR group withchemotherapy after are close to the normal controls',they are no statistically significantdifferences(t=-0.403,P=0.689:t=0.128,P=0.899;t=0.301,P=0.765:t=-0.098,P=0.923:t=-0.332,P=0.742) Compared with the CR group with chemotherapy before,CD4~+,CD4~+/CD8~+and NK cell in the CR group with chemotherapy after increased(t=8 408,P=0.000;t=5.082,P=0.000:t=-2.798,P=0.013),while CD3~+and CD8~+cell decreased(t=-5.502,P=0.000;t=-3.099,P=0.008)Compared with the PR group with chemotherapy before,CD4~+,CD4~+/CD8~+and NK cell in the CR group with chemotherapy after increased(t=-8.118,P=0.000;t=-6.910,P=0.000:t=-6.770,P=0.000),while CD3~+and CD8~+cell decreased (t=4.622,P=0.000:t=3.817,P=0.002)Compared with the refractory group with chemotherapybefore,CD4~+,CD4~+/CD8~+and NK cell in the CR group with chemotherapy after increased(t=11.548,P=0.000;t=17.133,P=0.000;t=6.819,P=0.000):while CD3~+and CD8~+celldecreased(t=-5.480,P 0.000:t=-5.694,P=0.000)Conclusions:1. There are the immunosuppression in the early cure lymphoma patients As g0dparameters,T cell subgroups and NKcell of peripheral bl0d can reflect cellular immunefunction of lymphoma patients, which aJ'e also used for detection2.P0r prognosis for the early cure lymphoma patients with the obviously lowcellular immune function, which may be the outcome of refractory lymphoma patients Thedetection of T cell subgroups and NK cell'S expression level in early cure lymphoma patientswith chemotherapy before may has certain reference value to judge and predict the outcome ofrefractory lymphoma patients3 The cellular immune function of the CR patients with chemotherapy after cangradually recover normal state, which suggests that the cellular immune function is closelyrelated to the occurrence, development and prognosis of lymphoma.
