Curative Effect Analysis Of Push Knife And Endoscopic-Assisted Treatment For Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

Objective:To study the method and curative effect of Micro push knife and endoscopic-assisted treatment for carpal tunnel syndrome(CTS). And make analysis of efficacy after postoperative.Methods:Our hospital from January 2009 to October 2010 of 115 sides on the 101 patients were diagnosed with idiopathic carpal tunnel syndrome, under Brachial plexus block, using Micro push knife in the semi-open U-tank and endoscopic-assisted cut off the transverse carpal ligament To achieve the purpose of carpal tunnel decompression and median nerve.Which were interviewed after 3 months on the 102 sides on the 89 patients,making the Neurophysiological indicators and the Sensory discrimination of two points For comparative analysis of preoperative and postoperative,And kelly evaluation of clinical efficacy.Results:The results of the Neurophysiological indicators and the Sensory discrimination of two points For comparative analysis of preoperative and ostoperative, P<0.05, Statistically significant difference. And the result of the kelly evaluation of clinical efficacy is excellent in 73 sides, good in 22 sides, the fine rate was 93.1%, the clinical results were satisfactory.Conclusion:Applied Micro push knife in the semi-openU-tank and endoscopic-assisted treatment of idiopathic carpal tunnel syndrome,simple operation,safe and effective,minimally invasive, shorter operative time, rapid postoperative recovery, accurate clinical results.
