Background and Purpose: Subarachnoid hemorrhage (subarachnoid hemorhage, SAH) is a disease which has the highest death and disability rate in all of cerebral vascular disease, delayed ischemic deficit (delayed ischemic deficit, DID) is the main death and disability reasons. The delayed ischemic deficit of subarachnoid hemorrhage of is a research focus, but its reasons is still not very clear. Current studies suggest that the DID of SAH is mainly because of the cerebral perfusion decrease which caused by cerebral blood flow autoregulation dysfunction and cerebral vasospasm. The subject of used DSA to determine the cerebral circulation time (Cerebral Circulation Time, CCT)of in subarachnoid hemorrhage patients ,analysising the changes of CCT after subarachnoid, and used transcranial Doppler (transcranial doppler, TCD) to test Cerebral autoregulation hemodynamics after subarachnoid hemorrhage, clarifying the CCT changes in patients with SAH and blood flow autoregulation impairment and prognosis, analysing the relationship between cerebral circulation time and cerebral autoregulation in subarachnoid hemorrhage patients and the function in assessmenting the condition and prognosis estimation of subarachnoid hemorrhage, providing effective help for the clinical. Methods: The subjects determined CCT of 60 patients with onset within 3 days of subarachnoid hemorrhage used by DSA , analysis of clinical data, and used transcranial Doppler (TCD) transient reactive hyperemia test to calculation the THHR in order to measured the cerebral blood flow autoregulation function. Used comparative study and related test to analyze the above information Analysising the value of acute cerebral circulation time in assesmenting the cerebral blood flow autoregulation function and the condition and prognosis of subarachnoid hemorrhage patients patients.Results:1. The cerebral circulation time was significant prolong Compared with normal human (P> 0.05).2. The cerebral circulation time was significantly different between the different clinical conditions and Prognosis patients (P <0.05)3. The cerebral circulation time and the THRR was negative correlation in the patients,R=-0.825.conclusion: The cerebral circulation time of Patients with acute subarachnoid hemorrhage can reflect the function of cerebral blood flow autoregulation, has important value in assessmenting the patient's condition and determining the prognosis of patients.
