Objective:To study the effect of the intervention of Chu-zhen in sub-health condition; to objectively evaluate the effect of the intervention of the Chu-zhen in sub-health by using TTM technology; to provide new means and demonstrative research for objective assessing of the effect of "cure pre-disease" of Chinese medicine. Methods:Adopt completely randomized, controlled clinical research methods. Divide 80 examples which meet the diagnostic criteria for sub-health stochastically into Chu-zhen group and massage group to receive treatment, with 40 examples in Chu-zhen group, and 40 in massage group and 1 losing in the massage group. Each group carries on intervention treatment different from the other for 2 weeks, and has intervention one time per day, and 5 times per week and has a break on the weekend. Observe and analyze the difference of sub-health condition between before and after intervention of both the Chu-zhen group and the massage group, and compare the curative effects of the two.Results:(1) The analyses of the baselines of the two groups are comparable. (2) both the Chu-zhen group and the massage group are effective in improving sub-health condition (P<0.05); the comparison of the curative effects after the interventions of the Chu-zhen group and the massage group:comparing the level of improving the sub-health score, the difference has statistically significance (P<0.05); evaluating the criteria scale of human sub-health score and comparing the Cornell Medical Index table evaluation, the difference is statistically significant (P <0.05); comparing the TTM health data evaluation after the interventions of the Chu-zhen group and the massage group, and comparing sleep quality and psychological stress, the difference is statistically significant (p<0.05); the comparison of the Du-meridian in TTM data, the difference is not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The Chu-zhen group is more curatively effective than massage group. (3) in regard to security aspect, there is no adverse events records. Conclusion:The curative effect of Chu-zhen intervention in sub-health is accurate, and it's simple and has strong feasibility and promotional value.
