ObjectiveFrom home and abroad as well as the experience of previous surgery on the basis of technology, I through trial and error and a lot of practice, and establish a more simple and quick and stable kidney transplantation model in mice.MathodsUsing C57BL/6 mice line 25 cases of ectopic kidney allograft transplantation, the donor renal artery with a section of abdominal aorta and abdominal aorta receptor Neurorrhaphy; donor renal vein and the lower receptor Vena cava end to side anastomosis line. Ureteral reconstruction using the modified methodResultsSuccess rate of kidney transplants in mice up to 82%. Donor operative time (12±1)min, receptors of vascular surgical preparation time (6±2) min, arteriovenous anastomosis (20±3) min, ureter anastomosis time (5±1) min. The total operation time was 55±5min. Also removed 10 C57BL/6 mice to observe the survival time of kidney in order to control transplant survival.ConclusionThe model is simple and fast, high success rate, is the ideal surgical model.
