Clinical Research Of Children's CVA With Yi Fei Hua Yin Ke Li

Intention:This article intend to evaluate the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine on CVA by theoretically and clinically observing the result of using Yi Fei Hua Yin Ke Li to treat CVA which accord with Chinese medical standards of cold phlegm stagnation in lung。Methods:The author have gathered 60 cases of children of cold phlegm stagnation in lung and divided them into two groups. Cases of the chinese medicine group have adopted traditional Chinese methods by taking Yi Fei Hua Yin Ke Li orally. The 30 cases of the western medicine group, meanwhile, were treated by Loratadine and nebulized Diprophylline. Before the utilization of the medicine, doctors have recorded the children patients'total symptom score and then give drugs for 7 days. Then the author recorded changes of the total symptom score. After the observation, all quantity Indicators are tackled by Statistical techniques. Result:The Chinese medicine groups surpass the western medicine group in a statistically significant way on major amelioration of symptom score and total effectiveness. Conclusion:From the article whe can conclude that Yi Fei Hua Yin Ke Li is a useful drug in curing CVA which accord with Chinese medical standards of cold phlegm stagnation in lung. It can obviously shorten the treatment period and improve symptoms. Traditional Chinese medicines are better than Western medicine in such cases. Moreover, it is cheap and with no side effect, thus relatively safer. In a word, Yi Fei Hua Yin Ke Li deserves clinical popularization.
