The excessive growth of health spending has become a concerning topic of the whole society. If this upward trend isn't under control, it will bring a more heavy burden to society and families and the effective demand for health services will be more subdued. Therefore, to solve this problem is related to the vital interests of the people and the construction of a harmonious society. Based on the foreignal research, this paper studies the growth factors in urban issues from the levels of data analysis. The stydy shows that health care spending is the result of interaction of multiple factors. These factors include economic growth, population aging, the resulting demand for doctors and hospitals and the government's public investment in health care and the popularity of urban basic medical insurance.1. Economic growth is the most important factor of the growth in health spending of urban residents in our province, and its income elasticity is about 0.457. Health care is a necessity, and its cost has positive correlation with economic growth.2. Population aging influences health expenditure. On the one hand, to the elderly, the increase of morbidity, disability and disability rates will lead to increase of health care expenditures. On the other hand, population aging is the result of improved health status of the population, a higher proportion of the elderly population increases the demand for health services. For an individual speaking, the most important is that medical expenses before the death of one's life is the period of the highest medical costs.3. Health care market is a monopolistic competition market. Asymmetry of information between doctors and patients leads the doctors to provide the conditions arisingly. Resulting of supply leads to demand not only lies in the conduct of the doctors but also in hospital behavior. The rejusting of hospital demand's impact on the medical expenditure is more important than the doctors deman's impact on total health expenditure.4. Government public health expenditure has a strong externalities, the government increases investment in public health care expenditures has increased the role of inhibition. Since the reform and opening up, our provincial government expenditure on public health is not only less than total, but there is a structural bias. 5. The urban basic medical insurance system changes the way of health care spending. The "third-party payment system" not only causes consumers to use the medical services transitionally, but also leads to the further result that medical service providers to provide seivice transitionally.
