It was lower in control group than experimental group. The positive rates of the expressions of ER in hysteromyoma were 92.50%, and those of the corresponding myometrium were 56.25%, There were statistic difference between the experimental group and the control group (P<0.01). (2) The expression of PR:The positive expression of PR is brown in cell nucleus. It was lower in control groups than experimental group. The positive rates of the expressions of PR in hysteromyoma were 100%, and those of the corresponding myometrium were 87.5%, There were statistic difference between leiomyoma tissue and the control group (P<0.01).(3) The expression of CYR61:The positive rates of the expressions of CYR61 in hysteromyoma were 75%, and those of the corresponding myometrium were 93.75% in hysteromyoma was obviously lower than myometrium that of its corresponding (P<0.01).(4)The relationship of CYR61 and ER, PR:The expression of ER in hysteromyoma was obviously lower than the expression of PR, there were statistic difference(P<0.01).It perform correlated analyze between ER,PR and CYR61 in leiomyoma, we get the correlate coefficient r1=0.511, r2=-0.656, They had no obvious correlation(P1>0.05; P2>0.05).Conclusion(1) The expression of ER,PR in uterine leiomyoma cells was significantly stronger than in smooth muscle cells proved that leiomyoma is hormonal-dependent tumor.and ER,PR are the importante accelerate factores.(2) The expression of CYR61 in uterine leiomyoma cells was significantly lower than in smooth musele cells. Prompt that because of a dominant mutant gene on an autosome and otheres, the anti-proliferate action of CYR61 depressed causing cell proliferation in leimyoma. (3)The genesis and development of hysteromyoma may be corelative with ER,PR and CYR 61. Through understanding the distribution of protein CYR61,ER and PR in leiomyoma, we can understand the regulation of growth of leiomyoma. Then we can put forward new treatment method through refrain the first step of leiomyoma.
