Objective:Through Sanqi, Salvia, Xu Changqing and other drug treatment of cerebral hemorrhage and the clinical effect of recovery on blood lipids, blood rheology of observation to explore the envelope method of activating blood and treatment of cerebral hemorrhage recovery mechanism.Methods:Select 60 cases of cerebral hemorrhage convalescent patients, 60 patients were in July 2008-2008 years in December Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital emergency outpatients. And were randomly divided into two groups (control group and treatment group). One control group,30 cases,17 were male and 13 female; aged 40-65 years, mean 53 years; treatment group 30 cases,14 males and 16 females; aged 40-69 years, mean 51 years. All patients before treatment by head CT or head MRI diagnosed as cerebral hemorrhage recovery. The control group using conventional methods of traditional Western medicine treatment; treatment group Huoxue Tongluo france, taking Naoxuetong side (Sanqi, Salvia, Xu Chang-qing, Gui-zhi, mulberry stalk, loofah, Sophora japonica L.), continuous medication for 3 weeks. Observation of clinical symptoms, signs and blood lipids, blood rheology changes.Result:1.clinical assessment:the treatment group was 86.67%. The control group was 66.67%, the two groups score by t test and Ridit significant improvement in tests than those before treatment, after treatment there was a significant statistical difference (P<0.05).2.levels of blood lipids and hemorheology changes:the two groups before and after treatment of blood lipid and blood rheology key indicators, t-test, respectively, significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Huoxue Tongluo method compared with the control group improved significantly better recovery in patients with signs of cerebral hemorrhage. 2.Huoxue Tongluo method, compared with the control group improved significantly better recovery of cerebral hemorrhage in patients with abnormal blood lipid and blood rheology.3.Huoxue network method is an effective treatment of cerebral hemorrhage recovery methods.
