Objective:To explore the correlation of etiology characterized by chronic HBV infection and hepatic injury, renal injury, treatment and disease prognosis. Methods:According to the etiology of chronic HBV infection and the presence of hepatic injury features, to meet the inclusion criteria 282 patients with chronic HBV infection were divided into six groups: Group-Al, Group-A2, Group-B1, Group-B2, Group-C1 and Group-C2. Observed before treatment, after treatment in patients with hepatic injury, the hepatitis B virus markers, etc., as well as changes in prognosis of the disease.Results:1. Single-antigen-positive and double-antigen positive patients with hepatic injury in comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Compared to the situation in patients with hepatic injury between type-B and type-C, the difference was significant (P<0.01).2. Comparison of A1 and A2 groups the number of cases in patients and treatment of HBeAg negative conversion time, the difference was significant (P<0.05); C1 group and C2 HBV-DNA negative conversion in patients with the number of cases the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); Compared to the viral rebound situation between type-A and type-C were followed up for 3 years, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).3. Comparison of patients with type-A and type-C the number of patients develop cirrhosis, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01); Comparison of group-C1 and group-C2 the number of patients develop cirrhosis, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); Compared to the HBV-DNA rebound in the number of cases between the patients of type-C with and without liver cirrhosis, the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinically, Chronic HBV infection should be based on the different types of pathogens, the existence of liver cell damage, kidney damage, whether it is infected with HBV mutant, is complicated with fatty liver, alcoholic liver disease, drug-induced liver disease, cirrhosis and other diseases in all aspects of a comprehensive judgments, to determine the need for treatment, as well as short-term effect and long-term efficacy of a comprehensive evaluation.
