Niantong Angelica Decoction For Rheumatoid Arthritis Clinical Study Of Damp-heat Bizu Card

Objection:1.To explore theray of Angelica Decoction Niantong for Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) by clinical observation to Patient with Damp-heat Bizu card2. Research on Angelica Decoction Niantong effect on life quality.Methods:60 Patients with RA were randomly divided into the testing group dosed with Niantong Angelica Decoction(30 cases) and the comparative group dosed with Shirebi film(30 cases).The changes of index levels such as clinical symptomand signs, were observed and contrast before and after dosing,respectively. It's effect on life quality by health assessment questionnaire.Results:(1) The clinical therapy shows:the effective rate of Angelica Decoction Niantong on RA was 82.7%,distinctly exceeding of Shirebi film(comparative group) (74.1%,P<0.05). (2) The total efficiency were 86.7% for testing group,being higher than 74.1% for comparative group,respectively. The contemporaneous clinic effection and showed statistical difference (P<0.05, or P<0.01) between two groups. Meantime, The testing group was better than comparative group in reducing traditional Chinese medical syndrome(TCMS) and ameliorating body symptom (P<0.05,or P<0.01).(3) The index level such as CRP, ESR, RF and anti-cyclic citrullinated Peptide are decreased (P<0.05,or P<0.01), but no difference was found in tasking from anti-CCP (P>0.05).(4) In decreasing the disability index and discomfort index, testing group clearly overmatched comparative group (P<0.05,or P<0.01).Conclusion:Angelica Niantong Tang for Rheumatoid Arthritis of DamP-heat Bizu card has good curative effect, and can significantly improve Patient quality of life.
