| Objective:Nephrolepis auriculata is a species which comes form Davalliaceae.Many researches prove that it contains many kinds of chemical composition with physiological activation,such as Flavonoids,Glucoside,Sitosterol,Reducing sugar and so on. Because it's a ordinary view plant,there are so little reports inside and outside, especially the investigation which is about the sequoyitol form Nephrolepis auriculata.In this paper,the optimum extracting condition and purification method of sequoyitol form Nephrolepis auriculata and the quality standard were studied.The study laid theoretical foundation for large-scale industrialization manufacture and purification of sequoyitol.Method and resultStudy on the extracting condition:An L9(34) orthgonal experiment was performed to investigate the 3 factors (three levels for each factors were selected),the chroma and dosage of ethanol,time of extraction with the sequoyitol and extracta sicca yield as indexes for evaluation. The best extraction technology was as follows:adding 4 times 75% ethanol solution for extraction thrice,3.5h,2.5h,2h each time.Under the optimum condition,the consistence of sequoyitol was 0.299 mmol/L.Study on the purification condition:This experiment used the resin for purification. Accoring to the theory of adsorption—desorption, the D202 type resin was the best in nine kinds of resins for purification. At the same time,the adsorption and purification condition were detemined.Theresults showed that much impurity were removed and the purity of sequoyitol beyond 98%. These wasn't incomplete impregnant by GC after separation.Study on the quality standard:Different polarity and compound were researched. The sequoyitol were developed with the solvent system n-butanol/acetone/water(4:3:1). Accoring to the quality standard of enterprise,the concent of sequoyitol was mensurated by HPLC.Conclution:The optimized technology for the extraction of sequoyitol from Nephrolepis was stable,reasonable and feasible.
