With the development of the national economy and an increasingly strong overall national strength,China's sports undertaking has been vigorous development of track and field has become the forefront of the development project. Long jump track and field sports is one of the requirements of compulsory physical education curriculum is an exercise to enhance physical sport. It is highly technical,flexible and agile,the various parts of the body are involved in the activities of the characteristics of long jumpers and easy movement of the bone caused by injury.Integrity of the technology by the run-up of the long jump, jump, fly, landing four stages. How to improve the jump distance and avoid sports injury coaches and athletes has been the core issue of concern. Long jump in the whole process, the athlete's physical center of gravity of a parabolic trajectory is oblique movement curve. I hope we can cause enough attention in future campaigns and training to avoid the knee have a 160-degree angle,and the protection of athletes to avoid injury by bone mechanical movement,the movement to extend the life of athletes.
