This study was designed to observe the rule of change of ischemia modified albumin(IMA) and heart fatty acid-binding protein(H-FABP) after acute myocardial infarction, and to evaluate the earlier diagnosis value of IMA combining with H-FABP to acute myocardial infarction,and to observe the rule of change of electrolytes in myocardium so as to regulate electrolytes balances effectively.The experimental porcine were divided randomly into experimental group(ligating the LCX, n=20) and control group (sham operation group,n=10 ). The porcine model of acute myocardial infarction was created by ligating the proximal left circumflex coronary artery(LCX) through a left throacotomy procedure. Blood specimen was collected before ligation,immediately after ligation and 1h,3h,6h,12h,24h after ligation to detect the H-FABP and IMA in the blood plasma.Cardiac muscle was collected before ligation, and the area of myocardial infarction and the area far from infarction area 24h after ligation to detect the electrolytes in myocardium and to observe the change of organelle including nucleus,mitochondrion,muscle fiber before and 24h after ligation.Results:The levels of IMA in plasma advanced significantly 1h after ligation,and got peak 3h after ligation,and it began to drop 12h after ligation,and got back to baseline 24h after ligation.. The levels of H-FABP in plasma advanced significantly 1h after ligation,and got peak 3h after ligation,and it began to drop 6h after ligation,and got back to baseline 24h after ligation.The electrolytes changes 24h after ligation: kalium ion in myocardium droped significantly in the area of infarction; calcium ion advanced significantly in the area of infarction; sodium ion advanced significantly in the area of infarction; magnesium in myocardium droped in the area of infarction,but no statistically significance.Ligating the proximal left circumflex coronary artery is a applicable strategy for creating acute myocardial infarction model.The diagnosis of ischemia myocardial injury using IMA combining with H-FABP would significantly enhance diagnosis'sensitivity.There are electrolyte disorder in myocardium after ligation,so the electrolyte changing rules could guide us to utilize agents of electrolyte to improve effects of myocardial protection.
