In this study, preparation of drug (nutriment) complexes using supercritical CO2 impregnation technology, and using both chitosan (chitosan raw materials, chitosan particles, chitosan gel) and sodium alginate gel as carriers, and using both vitamin D3 and lutein as drugs or nutrients.This dissertation includes three main parts, the first part is about preparation of vitamin D3/chitosan complexes by using supercritical CO2 impregnation technology, and using chitosan particles as carrier, and Vitamin D3 as drug or nutriment. Structure of vitamin D3 and chitosan were analyzed by using UV-vis and FT-IR before and after impregnation. Vitamin D3 in the distribution and dispersion of the surface of chitosan was studied by using SEM, and the effects of process parameters on the impregnation amount of vitamin D3 which is on vitamin D3/chitosan complexes were studied, such as pressure, temperature, ethanol cosolvent and time.The second part, chitosan particles loaded with lutein was prepared using supercritical CO2 impregnation technology, and using chitosan particles as a carrier, and lutein as drug or nutriment. Structure of lutein was analyzed by using UV-vis before and after impregnation. The use of photograph and SEM analysis examined the distribution and dispersion of lutein, and the effects of process parameters on the loading of lutein in the particle were studied, such as temperature, pressure, ethanol cosolvent and time.The third part is about preparation of vitamin D3 complexes by using supercritical CO2 impregnation technology, and using chitosan gel and sodium alginate gel as carriers respectively, and vitamin D3 as drug or nutriment. Study of different carrier on the loading of vitamin D3, and study of SEM analysis of vitamin D3 in surface and the internal dispersion for the chitosan gel, and the effects of process parameters on the loading of vitamin D3 in the gel were studied, such as temperature, pressure, and time.
