Observation On B7-H3 In Patients With Rheumatoid Arthritis And Related Analysis

Objective To investigate the level of serum B7-H3 in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA) and in a control group,and its relationship with some important cytokines in pathogenesis of RA.such as INF-r IL-2 and DAS28.The characteristics of B7-H3 in RA were discussed.Method 53 patients with RA as defined by ACR criteria were investigated as study group.The control group consisted of 35 healthy volunteers. The disease activity was measured by the DAS28. Blood samples were collected using a standard venepuncture technique between 6:00 and 7:00 am.Serum was separated and stored at-70℃until analysis. Serum B7-H3 INF-r and IL-2 level were performed using ELASA. Serum B7-H3were analyzed by T-test analysis in patient group and normal subjects, Tamhane analysis was used interclass.In addition, Pearson's correlation was used in related analysis.Results①B7-H3 INF-r and IL-2 values of the patients group was significantly different compared with the control group (p<0.001).②The levels B7-H3 of among active group of RA patients and healthy subjects were significantly different(p<0.001).③The levels IL-2 of among active group of RA patients and healthy subjects were significantly different(p<0.001).④The levels INF-r of among active group of RA patients and healthy subjects were significantly different(p <0.001).⑤Related analysis:there is a significant correlation between serum B7-H3 and DAS28,INF-r and IL-2 in RA group. Conclusion B7-H3 may have a important role in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis and may reflect disease active. INF-r and IL-2 have a important role in coordination with B7-H3 in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis.
