Objective:To analyze the dynamic contrast-enhanced breast magnetic resonance scan (DCE-MRI) morphology, hemodynamic parameters and apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC value) and the correlation between molecular biology to explore the in vivo assessment of prognosis of breast cancer possible sex, and breast cancer treatment programs provide a reliable basis for the rational development.Materials and Methods:Preoperative magnetic resonance scan of conventional, diffusion-weighted imaging and dynamic contrast-enhanced scans, postoperative patients with pathologically confirmed breast cancer,36 cases of 36 lesions, including 29 invasive ductal carcinoma, invasive lobular carcinoma 5,1 mucinous carcinoma, inflammatory breast cancer 1. Analysis of breast DCE-MRI morphological performance (including the tumor edge, the internal signals), DCE-MRI calculation of hemodynamic parameters (including peak time, the early enhancement ratio) and the measured ADC values. Analysis of breast DCE-MRI morphology, hemodynamic parameters and ADC values of features. Specimens after immunohistochemical determination of cancer cells ER, PR, C-erbB-2, p53 expression. Analyzed with DCE-MRI morphology, hemodynamic parameters and ADC values of the correlation. Results:â‘ breast DCE-MRI burr-like edges are ER-positive rate than those without burr high positive rates were 80%(16/20) and 18.75%(3/16), breast cancer, burr-like edge and ER expression was positive related (r= 0.390, P<0.05); non-uniform strengthening of breast cancer C-erbB-2, p53-positive rates were 77.78%(14/18) and 88.89%(16/18), even enhanced breast cancer C-erbB-2, p53-positive rates were 16.67%(3/18) and 38.89%(7/18), breast cancer, non-uniform strengthening and C-erbB-2, p53 expression was positively correlated (r= 0.421,0.520, P< 0.05).â‘¡peak time of breast cancer and C-erbB-2 expression was negatively correlated (r=-0.377, P<0.05).â‘¢b= 1000s/mm2 when the ADC value and p53 expression in breast cancer, a negative correlation (r=-0.351, P<0.05)Conclusion:Breast DCE-MRI morphology, hemodynamic parameters and ADC values and molecular biology have a certain correlation by DCE-MRI in vivo assessment of prognosis of breast cancer, and to choose the right treatment options to provide a basis.
