Objective:Quantitative detection of ultrasound imaging of renal perfusion in patients with hypertension. Methods:With bloodβ2-microglobulin (P2-MG) as early indicators of renal injury,23patients with essential hypertension were divided into early renal damage in non-hypertensive group (b group) 14 cases, early renal damage in hypertension group (c group) 9cases. The right kidney of hypertensive patients and 13 normal subjects (a group) were respectively injected ultrasound contrast agent of SonoVue and performed by contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS). Collected the change contrast images and select the interesting range in the use of quantitative analysis software of Qontraxt rendering time-intensity curves to be related to imaging parameters, including the curve of peak intensity, curve sharpness, area under the curve, peak time, evaluated the renal perfusion in patients with hypertension. Results:Three groups of renal cortex imaging comparison quantitative parameters:①b group and a group comparison:time to peak extension, the curve to reduce the sharpness value, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);②c group and a group comparison:time to peak delay, peak intensity, the curve sharpness, reduced area under the curve, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);③c group compared with the b:to extend the peak time, peak intensity, the curve sharpness, area under the curve were reduced, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:There is renal impairment of renal perfusion abnormin both essential hypertension without renal impairment early and essential hypertension with early renal damage. Combination of time-intensity curve of contrast-enhanced ultrasound with essential hypertension can be observed quantitative parameters of renal perfusion for early renal damage in hypertensive renal provide an additional diagnostic method.
