Comparing itching emerged time, delivery time and the rate of premature delivery, neonatal asphyxia, postpartum hemorrhage, abnormal liver function and other complications between the two groups. Experimental data statistical methods:the t test was used to compare two-sample mean;%2 test was used to compare Two-sample rates.[Results]:(1) ICP with hepatitis B virus infection in pregnant women, their itching occurs earlier than pure ICP pregnant women.(2)Liver function between ICP with hepatitis B virus infection in pregnant women and pure ICP, normal pregnant women, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).(3)Perinatal complications shch as premature birth, pregnancy-induced hypertension, postpartum hemorrhage between ICP with hepatitis B virus infection in pregnant women and pure ICP, normal pregnant women, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).(4) newborn asphyxia rate between ICP with hepatitis B virus infection in pregnant women and pure ICP, normal pregnant women, the difference was no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05).(5)Liver function between pure ICP with normal pregnant women, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).(6)Perinatal complications shch as premature birth, pregnancy-induced hypertension, postpartum hemorrhage between pure ICP with normal pregnant women, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).(7) newborn asphyxia rate between pure ICP with normal pregnant women, the difference was no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05).[Conclusions]:Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP) and Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP) with hepatitis B virus infection on pregnancy outcome have a more serious impact,we should pay attention to the treatment of such diseases, strengthen maternal and child care, drug treatment at the same time and timely termination of pregnancy that would have great significance on maternal and child outcome.
