Background: along with the economic and social modernization of rapid development, people's lifestyle change, hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, obesity incidence of chronic diseases with surprising speed increase year by year, they poses a serious threat to people's health. diabetic is a serious health hazard of frequently disease. Major is absolute or relative insulin secretion, cause carbohydrate, fat, protein disorder, cause of chronic injury and dysfunction organs or failure. Diabetes is not terrible, it is complications. It involved the body tissues and organs. Studies show that there damage in diabetes skin tissue exist " hidden damage ".Objective: this experiment by aerobic exercise and supplement of arginine diabetic mice, to proven movement and supplement of arginine on skin lesions in diabetic mice, the influence of the potential for the skin lesion diabetes prevention, treatment and control of drug therapy, and also provide for patients with diabetes rehabilitation exercise prescription provide more practical implementation of theory and practice.Methods: pure BALB/c 60 (3 weeks in mice), body weight 18.12±12.21g, animal model 47. Randomly divided into 5 groups: normal control group (C1, n = 10), diabetes control group (C2, n = 10), exercise group(E, n = 10),arginine added group (S, n = 12),arginine added in the exercise group (ES, n = 15). Intervention: E ES group eight weeks movement. the average speed of 13m/min (60-70%VO2max five days a week), arginine added to 0.05 mg/kg/d supplements. Semi-automatic biochemical analyzer, glucose, insulin, tissue sugar, hydroxyl proline and advanced glycation end products.Results: (1) 8 weeks of the experiment diabetic mice sugar serum change. compared with C1, C2 group content increased significantly, difference (P<0.01), group E content increased, it is very significant (P<0.05), S content does not change, no difference, ES is no difference. Compared with C2 group, the S group of skin sugar content changes are not obvious, the difference was not significant, no statistical significance, E and ES group were decreased, have difference (P<0.01), ES and S group, sugar concentrations decreased obviously, there is significant difference (P<0.05).(2) 8 weeks of the experiment changes in serum insulin. compared with C1 group, C2 group decreased obviously, the difference is very significant (P<0.01), the group E content decreased obviously, the difference is very significant (P<0.01), S group of content, it is very significant (P<0.01), ES group showed no significant differences, not obvious. Compared with C2 group, the E ,S group were significantly, the difference is significant (P<0.05), the ES group has increased significantly(P<0.01). E and S group the correlation coefficient of inspection is no differences.(3) 8 weeks of the experiment to diabetic mice sugar skin change. compared with C1, C2 group content increased significantly, difference (P<0.01), group E content increased, it is very significant (P<0.05), ES is no difference. Compared with C2 group, the E and S group of skin sugar content changes are not obvious, the difference was not significant, no statistical significance, ES group were decreased, have difference (P<0.01).(4) 8 weeks of the experiment changes of Hyp by diabetic mice skin tissue: the group compared with C1, C2 group content decrease, significant difference (P<0.05), the group E of content have difference (P<0.05), ES group content did not change, no significant difference. Compared with C2, the group E no difference in change, group S levels are increase, have difference (P<0.05), ES group content increased obviously, is significant difference (P<0.05).(5) 8 weeks of the experiment to diabetic mice skin tissue of AGEs changes: compared with C1, C2 group content increased, the difference is very significant (P<0.01), the group E increased levels (P<0.05), S group of content increased, difference (P<0.05), ES group content basically unchanged no significant. Compared with C2, E and S were decreased, ES group were very decreased, significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion:(1) 8 weeks of aerobic exercise and arginine added diabetic mice with the insulin secretion, can reduce and delay diabetes coetaneous lesions of the occurrence, development and help prevent diabetes potential damage.(2) 8 weeks of aerobic exercise and arginine added diabetic mice can promote glucose metabolism, improve the anti-inflammatory abilities, reduce and delay diabetes skin lesions of the occurrence and development potential.(3) 8 weeks of aerobic exercise and arginine complement skin tissue diabetic mice within the cell infiltrates invisible degree have significantly reduce, collagen content increased glycation end products, content decrease.
