The Clinical Research On Taxotere And Cisplatin In The Treatment Of Anthracycline-Resistant Metastatic Recurrence Breast Cancer

Objective:To observe the activity and safety of taxotere and cisplatin in the treatment of anthracycline-resistant metastatic recurrence breast canc er.Methods:There were 32 patients with anthracycline-resistant metastat ic recurrence breast cancer that were treated by paclitaxel and cisplatin regi men,they were given taxotere 75mg/m2 by intravenous infusion for an hour on day 1 and cisplatin 30mg/m2 on day 1-3 of a 21-day cycle.Each one had t o coplete 2 cycles at least.Reasults:3 patients were complete response of all account for 9.38%; partial response:16/50%;stable disease:9/28.12%;progression disease:4/1.2 5%. The over response rate is 59.38%. The main side effect was myelosuppr ession,nausea,vomiting,alopecia and neurotoxicity,which wasâ… -â…¡grade at most that can be accepted or cotroled by drugs.Conclusion:The treatment of taxotere and cisplatin to the anthracyc line-resistant metastatic recurrence breast cancer is effect and reliable, toxicity can be tolerated.
