By infrared spectroscopy and determination of active ingredient to determine the antibacterial medicine which can play a specific component, the following conclusions: In Cnidium that the osthole can play the role of suppression of white rot fungi; In Flavescens that the matrine can play the role; There have two components can play the role of suppression of white rot fungi:one is the hydrochloride, the other is a mixture of palmatine etc, which need to be more study; In Forsythia, which can play the role of suppression of white rot fungi is forsythin.According to different extraction methods, which are four kinds of traditional Chinese medicine active ingredients of, and compare them. Among the four traditional Chinese medicine, berberine and osthol are the most obvious inhibitory effect, in a cycle phillyrin and matrine can play a role, mainly to extend the growth cycle of white-rot fungus; For osthol and berberine, its inhibitory effect is most obvious, they have no white-rot fungi in a cycle growth, and the observation of white-rot fungus before and after micrographs and found that white-rot fungus cell damage and can not normal growth, so these two components are most effective.
