Exercise biochemistry is an important component of Science of the Human Body in Sports, which is defined by researching substance metabolic regularity from the molecular level for the athlete during exercise process. It can be used for supplying important scientific basis for training supervision, exercise capacity monitoring, and fatigue elimination in competitive sports. The biochemical indices, such as serum testosterone (T), hemoglobin (Hb), serum creatine kinase (CK) and blood urea (BU) were commonly used for evaluating the exercise capacity of Judo athletes. The athlete's response to training load can be acquired by recording the change of Serum testosterone content relative to baseline value before the exercise. The accumulation of athlete fatigue and recovery can been reflected through the curves of serum testosterone during the exercise process. It will be great helpful to adjust training programs in time, and reasonably arrange training load to assess the training effect.HB is more sensitive index for exercise intensity, so it is very suitable for the assessment of exercise capacity. The static blood urea content is a very sensitive index to exercise performance, which can reflect the adaptive capacity of the athletes to training load level, and restorability after training.According research that serum creatine kinase activity will increase regardless of the high intensity or low intensity training circumstances. Therefore, the change of serum CK activity can be used as a sensitive biochemical index for evaluating the suffering-stimulus situation of the muscle and understanding the micro-injury and adaptive capacity and restorability of skeletal muscle. In this thesis, the above four biochemical indices were surveyed from ten members of the Shanxi Province sport team for one and a half year. Survey result showed that:1. Comprehensive analysis pointed to biochemical indices involved of serum testosterone (T), hemoglobin (Hb), serum creatine kinase (CK) and blood urea (BU) can be regarded as effective pattern for evaluating the exercise capacity of Judo athletes of Shanxi Province.2. The fluctuation range of the above four biochemical indices is within normal limits according our survey results, further illuminate that daily training courses and methods are adapted to the exercise capacity of the athletes. 3. Monitoring biochemical indices and establishing their files of the athletes for a long term, will have a great help to assess and supervise the exercise performance of the athletes, and further those date can be used as scientific guidance for formulating and timely adjusting training plan for the coach.
