| ObjectiveTo investigate the serumβ-HCG level curves, ectopic pregnancy syndromes, drug therapy protocols relationship between.MethodChinese medicine or/and western medicine were applied according to treatment table to treat ectopic pregnancy. And eath test of serumβ-HCG before or after treatment were recorded.245 patients of ectopic pregnancy who received the success of drug therapy in The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from January 2006 to December 2009 were retrospecively analyzed about their drug therapy protocols, ectopic pregnancy syndromes and serumβ-HCG level curves.ResultsIt is an indicator that the time of serumβ-HCG dropped to 50% and 90% to compare two treatment programs and two syndromes. We could know the follows. First of all, the time of bloodβ-HCG of two syndromes decreased by 50% after the treatment of Chinese medicine was shorter than it after the treatment of the combined Chinese and western medicine (P<0.05), but the time of the serumβ-HCG decreased by 90% after two treatment programs was no significant difference (P>0.05); Second, there was no significant difference that the time of the serumβ-HCG of two syndromes decreased by 50% or 90% after the two drug therapy protocols (P>0.05); third, first review bloodβ-HCG after the treatment made changes in two types:it is up-type which bloodβ-HCG was less than initial serumβ-HCG, and, it is down-type which bloodβ-HCG was more.
