ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical features, pathological features and prognostic factors of hypertensive renal damage, in order to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.MethodsRetrospective analysis clinical data of 19 patients diagnosed as hypertensive damage by renal biopsy in our department (BHN group),30 patients diagnosed as hypertensive renal damage with clinical data (CHN group), and the other 30 patients with hypertension diagnosed as primary glomerulonephritis by renal biopsy (PN group). Analysis the clinical and pathological characteristics and the factors affecting the prognosis of hypertensive patients with renal impairment.ResultsBHN and CHN group were older, overweight, family history of hypertension and duration of hypertension was significantly higher than the proportion of PN group.SCR, Uric acid (UA), total cholesterol (TC), urinary al-microglobulin (a1MG) and urinary (32-microglobulin (b2MG) of BHN and CHN group were higher than PN group, while PN group,24h urinary protein (UPRO), urine osmolality and urine specific gravity higher than the BHN and CHN group. Spearman correlation analysis showed that SBP,24h urinary protein, uric acid, total cholesterol are related with and renal damage progression of hypertensive renal damage.ConclusionsHistory of hypertension and urine osmolality, urine specific gravity, urine protein can be useful for diagnosis of hypertensive renal damage. Elevated SBP,24h urinary protein, uric acid, total cholesterol can aggravate the disease progression of renal damage.
