Analysis On The Clinical Characteristics Of 50 Cases With Interstitial Lung Disease

ObjectiveTo investigate on the clinical characteristics of interstitial lung disease (ILD) and its significance.Methodsthe clinical characteristics of 50 cases with ILD were anlyzed restrospectively.Result28 of 50 were idiopathic fibrosis(IPF),and the other 22 were no n-IPF.the average age in IPF group was older than non-IPF group(p>0.05), and the history of disease is longer.the main change pulmonary function of carbon monoxide diffussion is lower obviously in IPF group (p<0.05),it was a relatively sensitive index of basal pulmonary function.ConsultionIPF and non-IPF have themselves characteristics in clinic and pulmonary function clinical feature,HRCT of chest,pulmonary function,blood gas and bronchoscopy play an important role in diagnosis of ILD.
