PrefaceThe nursing female undergraduates occupy the puberty the stage which transforms to the mature period, their bodys are in the crucial growth phase, simultaneously they shoulder the sacred duty to maintain the crowd health. Therefore the reasonable balanced nutrition takes to their healthy development, completes their own missions to be especially essential. But the massive dietary surveying have showed, our country nursing female undergraduates lack in the enough scientific nutrition knowledge and the good dietary habits, the phenomenon which the meals structure is not balant is more prominent.In order to help the nursing female undergraduates to increase the nutrition awareness, urge them to adopt voluntarily the beneficial ways of the nutrition diet, improve their nutrition condition, protect and promote their physical and moral integrity, this research used the KAP pattern nutrition education. On the basis of Shenyang Medical college nursing students'meals structure and nutritional status by investigation and study. We started the model of knowledge-attitude-practice, KAP nutrition education systematically, target-oriented to the students who belong to case group. To achieve the object of understanding the change of the meals structure and the nutrient taking in around nutrition education, further to drive the discussion on influence of nutrition education to their meals nutritional status. It would be resourse of basic data and scientific evidence to develop nutrition education systematically in the undergraduates and increase their comprehensive quality.Object and MethodsMay 2009 to November 2009, randomly selected 170 Shenyang Medical college nursing female students, and divided them two groups:the case group of 110 individuals and the control group of 60 individuals. We implemented the case group for 3 months'nutrition education systematically, the control group had not been accepted nutrition education. We investigated all students of study continuously three day-long meals situation of before and after nutrition education, the meals structure and the nutritional status carryed on the comparison. Obtained datas were applicated with SPSS 13.0 sofeware(test level a=0.05).Results1.Two group of students'each kind of food quantity taked in universally somewhat was low before the nutrition education. Eliminates the meats'the amount of radiation had statistics significance (p<0.05), other types foods'amount of radiation does had statistics significance (p>0.05). It could been explained that two group of students'meals structure and the nutritional status were consistent before the nutrition education. Besides egg class and aquatic product not remarkable difference, The case group and the control group compared to show that each kind of food's amount of radiation had statistics significance after the nutrition education(p<0.05); It could been explained that the nutrition education can promote the student healthy eating behavior, promote each kind of food amount of radiation.2.Two group of students'each kind of nutrient amount of radiation had not statistics significance (p>0.05) before the nutrition education. The outcome could been explained that two group of students'the energy and the nutrient amount of radiation were quite close before the nutrition education. The case group and the control group compareded well as own comparison, each kind of nutrient amount of radiation had the distinct enhancement after the nutrition education (p<0.05); The outcome could been explained that the nutrition education can promote the student reasonable balanced diet's idea, promote the students to enhance the energy and the nutrient amount of radiation.3.The proportion of the energy provided by legumes and animalistic food had the distinct enhancement in the case group,The proportion of the high quality protein enhanced from 34.6% to 54.7% after the nutrition education. The outcome could been explained the nutrition education can optimize the meals structure and have the positive promoter action.4.Three meals a day partition of energy compared to, the breakfast accounted for the proportion be somewhat low in nursing female undergraduates. After the nutrition education, the three meals a day taked in the energy value had the distinct enhancement.Conclusion1.Through the nutrition education, the nursing female undergraduates'each kind of food's amount of radiation even more approached in the Chinese Nutrition Academic society's suggestion quantity, optimized their meals structure.2.Through the nutrition education, the nursing female undergraduates'energy and the nutrient amount of radiation and the Chinese resident dietary reference intakes (DRIs) was closer, thus improved their nutritional status.3.The nutrition education caused the nursing female undergraduates energy and nutrient food originated to tend to be more reasonable.4.Although the short-term nutrition education had made some progresses, but there still were the healthy problems, therefore the nutrition education must be one kind long-term continues the measure.
