PCOS patients were 76 cases , controlled-group were 74 cases, with regular menstruation,age-matched,non-endocrine diseases. In the clinical work ,we collect their detailed history, detect biochemical features , using case-control study on the clinical characteristics to analysis biochemical markers and resigster the data to the Excel databases, compare them by using SPSS13.0 statistical analysis software for statistical analysis, normality test line between the two groups using t test. Results:1. In this study, age of PCOS patients is mainly between 20-30 year, which is consistent with foreign reports.2. In this study, the commonest clinical features of PCOS were: menstrual dysfuction 93.4% (71/76), polycystic ovaries 93.4% (71/76), LH / FSH ratio 84.2% (64/76), insulin resistance 73.7% (56/76), obesity 51.3% (39/76), family history 51.3% (39/76), hyperandrogenism 27.6% (21/76), hirsutism and (or acne) 19.7% ( 15/76).3.LH/FSH ratio is higher incidence of investigations in the PCOS group 84% (64/76).4. First-degree relatives (parents, sisters, brothers) with 26 cases of hypertension, diabetes 10 cases, male alopecia 12 cases .5.Testosterone is higher in PCOS patients obese, total T,HOMA-IR and other indicators are higher than non-obese group. Menstrual dysfuction and polycystic ovaries are the main features in Childbearing years of PCOS patients in our hospital, hyperandrogenism, hirsutism and acne are in low incidence according to the Rotterdam criteria, PCOS patients are accord with the Rotterdam critera.2.Whether the LH/FSH ratio is regarded as one of the diagnosis criterion for PCOS requires further large sample survey. 3.Whether insulin resistance is regarded as one of the diagnosis criterion for PCOS requires further large sample survey.4. PCOS patients with obesity have more serious endocrine disorder.
