Objective:By studying the Quality Standards and acute toxicity of Huhegaridi-9 the author provides for scientific basis for drug safety in clinical medicine in order guarantee the drug's clinical treating effect and safety.Method:Qualitative study of Huhegaridi-9 includes the Microscopic identification and TLC. HPLC method for simultaneous content determination of aconitine in kusnezoff Methods:DimaonsilTM C18-(250mm×4.6mm, 5μm) was used as chromatograph is column,acetonitrile-2.5‰Ammonium acetate (60:40) as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 235nm, the flow rate at 1.0mL/min and the column temperature at 35℃. Results:The samp le sizes of aconitine had good linear relationship with their peak areas in the range 0.2825~1.4125μg,respectively; Reference to "Pharmacopoeia of People's Republic of China" (2005 Edition) for make study of general to improved Pharmacological experiments; By using acute toxicity improved Kou's calculation method to calculate the LD50 and 95% confidence interval.Result:By Microscopic identification the characteristics of single herb will be intentified; The medicinal materials in perescripesion were indentified by TLC,and the result of three single-drug selection to expanded material systems show that the same characteristics were spotted Standard samples and samples in the corresponding position in the thin layer plates; The established method is convenient and accurate with satisfactory separation effect, wide linear range. and high sensitivity and can be available for the quality control of Aconitum kusnezoffii Reichb:Conclusion:The established method is convenient and feasible with satisfactory separation effect.And it such advantages as steady and cccrurate result, and high sensitivity, and can be available for the quality control of traditional Mongolian medicines.
