Its pathogenesy is complicate, and include many factors. In recent years, Many studies had indicated that Lipoprotein-a and Seurm uric acid and D-dimer were closely related to CHD by injured of vascular endothelial cell and unbalanced of blood coagulation with fibrinolysis. However many reports about the relationship of Lipoprotein-a and Seurm uric acid and D-dimer with CHD were different, we should do more investigation to prove the relationship of Lipoprotein-a and Seurm uric acid and D-dimer with CHD.Objective To investigate the relationship of Lipoprotein-a and Seurm uric acid and D-dimer with the pathological condition of coronary artery, in the mean time to investigate and approach the clinical implications of detecting these related factors in patients with CHD.Method According to coronary angiography, one hundred and twenty-eight patients (73men,55women,mean age 57.80±10.42)who were in hospital because of chest oppressed, thoracalgia and short breath were divided into two groups. The coronary heart disease(CHD) group (n= 88) and non-CHD group (n= 40).The CHD group was also further divided into three subgroups according to the number of diseased vessels:one diseased vessel group (n= 28), two diseased vessel group (n=28), and three diseased vessel group (n= 32). All selected patients were collected fasting blood (2ml)in order to measure the levels of Lipoprotein-a and Seurm uric acid and D-dimer. Analyse the relationships of these factors and the extent of coronary stenosis. Results The levels of Lipoprotein-a and Seurm uric acid and D-dimer in patients with CHD were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.01); The levels of Lipoprotein-a and Seurm uric acid and D-dimer were no significantly different in single-artery lesions group and control group(P>0.05); The levels of Lipoprotein-a and D-dimer were gradually increased in patients with single-artery lesions group,double-artery lesions group, and multi-artery lesions group and have obviously statistically significance (P<0.05); The levels of Seurm uric in multi-artery lesions group and double-artery lesions group were significantly higher than those of single-artery lesions group(P<0.05), The level of Seurm uric in multi-artery lesions group did not differ from those of double-artery lesions group(P>0.05).The levels of Seurm uric and D-dimer and Lipoprotein-a were positively correlated to the pathological severity of coronary artery. The correlation coefficients of Seurm uric and D-dimer and Lipoprotein-a levels with the severity of coronary artery scores were 0.504, and 0.581 and 0.585 respectively.Conclusions1. The levels of Lipoprotein-a and Seurm uric acid and D-dimer in patients with CHD were increased significantly, They could help to detect and diagnose coronary heart disease.2. The levels of Lipoprotein-a and Seurm uric acid and D-dimer were correlated to the number of diseased vessels. They have the meaning to predict the number of diseased vessels and pathological severity of coronary artery.3. The levels of Lipoprotein-a and Seurm uric acid and D-dimer were positively correlated to the pathological severity of coronary artery. They may predict the pathological severity of coronary artery. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Lipoprotein-a, Seurm uric acid, D-dimer, coronary disease, coronary angiography | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
