Purpose:To observe the effect of different energy ESW on bFGF expression in the human osteosarcoma MG63 cells.Method:The human osteosarcoma MG63 cells were cultured in vitro, when transmitted to the second generation and the number of cells sufficient,1×104 density,1.5ml volume of MG63 cells was transferred to 7ml tube.they were divided into control group and three experimental groups sucn ast A, B and C, each repeated 3.We used respectively Okv,5kv,8kv and lOkv ESW to impact the four group. Three repeated cells in each group were cultured 6h,24h and 48h respectively after they are impacted. Then we extracted cell culture supernatant and frozen it at different time points for detection. We detected the amount of bFGFof the different cell culture supernatant with ELISA。Each were repeated 6 times. The data will be analyzed statistically. the data were presented as mean±standard deviation and were treated statistically by SPSS13.0 software. The difference between groups were tested with the Student-Newman-Keuls.Result:The bFGF values of the experimental group were higher than it of the control group at 6,24 and 48 hours after impacted. C group the highest bFGF values. the numbers of the four group have statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The differences between each other have statistically significant but the difference beteen group B and group C. In four different groups, the value of each group continued to increase from 6h to 24h.Each group have statistically significant difference but group C. The value of each group is still higher at 48h than 6h,24h, the differences in each group have statistically significant. Conclusion:ESW can promote the expression of bFGF of MG63 cells, and the promotion has positive relationship with time and energy in certain range.
