Objective:To investigate the expression of VEGF and Flt-1 in non-small cell lung cancer tissues and their relationship with metastasis and prognosis of pulmonary carcionma.Method:Detect VEGF and Flt-1 by Immuohistochemical analysis methods in 61 lung cancer and 32 normal lung tissues, SPSS software was applicated for data analysis. Results:Compared with normal lung tissues, VEGF and Flt-1 were overexpressed in Lung cancer(p=0.00). Positive expression of VEGF and Flt-1 was significantly higher in groups ofâ…¢/â…£lung cancer than inâ… /â…¡(P <0.05), and there was significant difference between groups of lymph node metastasis and non lymph node metastasis(P<0.01). The expression of VEGF was closely related to TNM and lymph node metastasis, but not to age, sex, cell differentiation and cancer sizeConclusion:Expression of VEGF and Flt-1 is different in lung cancer and nomal lung tissues, it can be used as a reliable indicator of clinical diagnosis of NSCLC.The detection of expression of VEGF and Fl-1 is very significant to assesse prognosis of lung cancer...
