Objective::Provide clinical diagnosis and treatment guidance by retrospective analysis of pathogenesis,clinical manifestations and treatment of different clinical types of malignant glaucomaMethods:5 case had relative complete case information from our hospitalized patients between January 2008 to December 2009,to record 5 case of the type of primary glaucoma,etiology and onset time,intraocular pressure,anterior chamber depth, aqueous flare,iris position,lens thickness, treatment measures,UMB,result of ophthalmology A/B mode ultrasound, analysis and statistics of related indicators.Results:All patients need to have medical therapy 2-5 days,2 case of 3 eyes of ciliary block malignant glaucoma discharged from hospital after treatment, the others 3 case 5 eyes were ineffective,2 eyes of iris lens block malignant glaucoma discharged after anterior chamber angioplasty;1 eye of lens ciliary block malignant glaucoma relieved symptoms after phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implation;1 eye of malignant glaucoma caused by fibrous crystals effusion was no improvement in condition after anterior chamber angioplasty, but it improved by anterior vitrectomy and capsulotomy;Because of short eye axis and recurrent malignant glaucoma 1 eye was mitigation discharged after adjustable suture, anterior chamber gas injection, anterior vitrectomy cutting and capasulotomy.Conclusion:Different clinical of types of malignant glaucoma should use different treatment methods,as long as grabbing its causes and having the direct and effective treatment, it can block the incidence path of malignant glaucoma and mitigation codition.The key to treat all kinds of malignant glaucoma is anterior vitrectomy, the establishment channel between the anterior chamber, posterior chamber and vitreous.
