Objective:1.Detecting and analyzing the glucocorticoid receptor of nasal polyps in patients with nasal polyps and normal nasal mucosa, and contrast the distribution of glucocorticoid receptors between the two to explore the regularity of the distribution of its expression.2. Further exploration of glucocorticoid in nasal perioperative applica-tion of rationality and glucocorticoid related mechanism of nasal polyps.Materials and Methods:Collected in January 2009 during the month-12 Second Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University otolaryngology 60 cases of outpa-tients and hospitalized patients, Of which 30 cases have been diagnosed with nasal polyps surgery patients (by clinical examination, taking patho-logy submission and sinus CT scan were diagnosed as nasal polyps), fetch polyps for the study. The other side to take 30 cases of normal inferior turbinate mucosa as controls front-end.Through HE dyeing and immuno-histochemical SP method,testing glucocorticoid receptor expression and distribution of nasal polyps and normal inferior turbinate mucosa. Finally, experimental data were statistically analyzed.Results:Glucocorticoid receptor in nasal polyps and normal control group were both positive, mostly behave as kytoplasm, karyon middle appearance buff solstice tan positive dye grain up. Positive cells in the nasal polyps groups are concentrated expression of epithelial cell in nasal polyps surface layer basal cell and cystic glandular cells, interstitial vascular endothelial cell and eosinophilic granulocyte of inflammatory cells also have positive expression. Normal control group mainly express in inferior turbinate mucosa cortex and basal cell layer. To make the data of nasal polyps and normal control group of glucocorticoid receptor positive cells expression for statistical analysis. By t test lay rhinopolypus group and normal control group presence otherness (p<0.05), make statistics sense bare.Conclusion:1.glucocorticoid treatment is an important component of the nasal polyps of perioperative treatment. Through detection of glucocorticoid receptor expression in nasal polyps organization, could supervise clinic intelligent use of glucocorticoid.2.Nasal polyps tissue expression of glucocorticoid receptor level may be key factors affecting the effect of glucocorticoid in the treatment. the quantity of glucocorticoid may determine the effect of glucocorticoid treatment.3.Through glucocorticoid activation of nasal polyps tissues further study of glucocorticoid receptor action helps to reveal the detailed mechanism of glucocorticoid in the treatment of nasal polyps...
