Objective There were many investigates about day and night rhythm abnormity using ambulatory blood pressure monitor ing(ABPM) in patients with essential hypertensive and the damage caused by essential hypertensive. but to early chronic kidney disease(CKD1-2期)patients without essential hypertensive, there's day and night rhythm abnormity haven't been investigated at home yet. Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medical theory and Zi Wu Liu Zhu, To investigate the change of 24hour ambulatory blood pressure monitor ing (ABPM) in patients with early chronic kidney disease(CKD1-2期),the correlation of day and night rhythm abnormity due to albuminuria, and the correlation of day and night rhythm abnormity due to the the theory of Zi Wu Liu Zhu.Methods twelve CKD patients (phase 1-2) and 13 non-CKD patients received ABPM and their clinical data were collected. Under the guidance of traditional Chinese medical theory, time was separated by twelve chen. Results The results of ABPM showed that compared with non-CKD patients, day heart rate and night heart rate was elevated and the incidence of nondipper type blood pressure was increased in the patient with CKD. anemia were no independently correlated with non-dipper type blood pressure in these patients. the the theory of Zi Wu Liu Zhu showed that day and night rhythm abnormity was due to the blood pressure of chou and yin. Conclusion The blood pressure characteristics in CKD patients can be observed with 24h ABPM, which is of significance for their blood pressure therapy.
