All adverse events have a good prognosis, and no sequelae.ConclusionAnalysis of existing casese suggests:1,Aconite main clinical indications for the chill Card and Yang Deficiency, but also for other syndromes.2, licorice and ginger is not necessary for the safety of drug compatibility.3, Aconite and Pinellia Combination use can be.4, Aconite with large dose Asarum compatibility use increased Aconite toxicity dangerous.5, Aconite dosage not confined Pharmacopoeia dose (from 3g to 15g), according patients disease, doctors experience, clinical application can be flexible.6, Small dose of aconite (3～15g) can not xianjian, But it's appropriate for the aconite decoction total time up to 90 minutes. Extension of Aconite Xianjian time, a total frying time may reduce the toxicity of aconite 7, after serving with aconite decoction of adverse events that occurred in the digestive system, cardiovascular system, nervous system, and a lot of explaining numb, sore throat, fever and other main local symptoms, with mild adverse reactions and short duration, generally it needs no special treatment.8, It's relatively safe of Clinical application of aconite. And even if adverse events, mostly is mild side effects, it needs no special treatment.
