ObjectiveTo compare the clinical efficacy between the two approaches-microinvasive surgery and keyhole surgery in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.MethodsMedline database,CNKI database,VP database, SCIENCEDIRECT database are selected for the data source. The inclusion criteria are:the subjects are patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage;the study is clinical controlled trials;the comparison of the motality and ADL(within 3 months or after 6 months dated from the surgery) have been done. The data of the studies are processed with meta-analysis.Resultsmicroinvasive surgery is superior than keyhole surgery in the ADL(â… ï½žâ…¢) comparison within 3 months, the former is 51.4%(56/109),the latter is 32.5% (38/117).The combined OR is 2.66[95%CI 1.48,4.79],test for over all effect:Z=3.26,P=0.001.And there is no difference found between the two groups in ADLâ… ï½žâ…¡and motality comparison within 3 months,so is the ADLâ… ï½žâ…¢and motality comparison more than 6 months.Conclusionmicroinvasive surgery is superior than keyhole surgery, which has a better recent recovery.
