ObjectiveRetrospective analysis of the risk factors of anastomotic leakage,clinical characteristics and treatment in rectal cancer after anterior resection.MethodsRetrospective analysis of the risk factors of anastomotic leakage in rectal cancer in our Gastrointestinal Pancreatic Surgery department,based on:gender,age,BMI,blood glucose,tumor size,location,hemoglobin,ALB and other factors on postoperative anastomotic leakage,and summarize the kry clinical features and treatment.Result105 regular low rectal cancer after anterior resection in patients with a total of 8 cases of anastomotic leakage(7.6%),in which tumor lower margin from the anal margin≤6cm by anastomotic leak rate was 16.7%,>6cm were anastomotic leakage with the incidence of 2.9%.In the anastomotic leakage patients,7were cured by maintaining drainage,rational use of antibiotics,fasting,total parenteral nutrion cured,a routine transverse colostomy cure.Conclusionthe low rectal cancer befor the resection of anastomotic leakage occurred with the tumor location related to gender,age,BMI,blood glucose,tumor size,hemoglobin,ALB has nothing to do.Fever,drainage pipes have gas or stool-like fluid,white blood cell count increase was anastomotic leakage the main clinical manifestations.Maintain drainage unobstructed,fasting,auxiliary total parental nutrition support,reasonable and effective antibiotic treatment and if necessary,the transverse colon stoma is the treatment of anastomotic leakage in the main method.
