Logistic Analysis Of Lymph Node Skip-metastasis In NSCLC

ObjectiveTo analyze pathological character and distributing rule, and to identify the significance of extended lymph node dissection.MethodsClinical data of 175 patients with N2 positive lymph nodes undergoing radical surgical resection plus mediastinal nodal dissection in the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University were retrospectively reviewed. Clinical pathological features were analyzed respectively by statiststic method.ResultsThe incidence rate of skip N2 metastasis in N2 positive NSCLC patients was 26.9%,which was correlated to the size of the tumor (P＜0.05).ConclusionThe size of the tumor was an independent infflunce factor of N2 skip metastasis.
