The Comparison Of Vinorelbine And Docetaxed Plus Cispiatin In The Treatment Of Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

ObjectiveTO assess the efficacy and toxicity of Docetaxed/cispiatin(DP) and Vinorelbine/cispiatin in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Method30 patients were treated with DP regime,35 patients were treated with NP regime. Cycles were repeated every 3 weeks.ResultsDP and NP regimes with advanced non-small cell lung cancer who have good performance ststus can moderately improve survival.It deserves further clinical application.ConclusionsThe overall response rate(RR) were 33.3% and 28.6% for the patients treated with DP and NP regime respectively(P>0.05),the dieses control rate(DCR) were66.7% and 57.1% for the patients treated with DP and NP regime respectively(P>0.05), the time to progression (TTP) were 5.1 and 4.5months for the patients treated with DP and NP regime respectively(P>0.05).Myelosuppresion and gastrontestinal toxicities were major toxicitity, there were no significan difference between tow group (P>0.05)...
