IntroductionWith the development of technology and science,Computer has been widely used to every domain of people's life and bring great changes to people'life.In forensic field,the most important application is the national DNA database.it is applied to detect and prevent crime.also to integrate cases.another form of sofeware which can be used for paternity test and case management also is of great use.this software can be used to get PI in paternity test for interpret ing the experiment result and caculate parameter in statistic researsh.it gives great support to the paternity test work.At present, various paternity software is developed.for example, DNA-VIEWER,it can run in Windows XP, Vista,98,and DOS operation system.it can be used for paternity cases, crime cases, disaster identification, and research.the forensic college of sichuan university and some other domestic institution also develop some similar softwares.Comparing with foreign software,the domestic software's function is limited and The gene frequency data of many software is not saved in database.so the data can not be stored and used according to the division of race and area.the print function is performed in the way of using the third-party software utterly.the caculation of DP, PE in frequecy research.According to this,this job adopt one of the most popular compile language java and the access database contained in window operation system,combined with the caculation principle in probability and statistics to develop a software which can be used in paternity identification.This software can caculate PI,storing case information and printing paternity test report. It can be easily used.Methods1,hardware platform:CPU:2.80GHz,RAM:512M.2,software platform:window XP operating system, JAVA programming language. access database, exej4 software for executing source code.3,Algorithm:The PI of the standard trio,motherless trio,and both parents trio, CPI,and RCP in paternity test.DP, PE in frequecy research.,the related caculation formula referred to related book.Result1,The allelic gene frequency data and gene phenotype frequency can be stored Into database according to different area and different race and can be deleted and updated randomly.The frequency data from reference article can be stored.2,In people sample frequency research,parameter allelic gene frequency, gene phenotype frequency,PE,Dp and H can be caculated.The allelic gene frequency and gene phenotype frequency can be stored into database automatically.3,Case information's storage includes:the principal's information.the case concern person's information.the gene markers used in case.the caculation result and the phenotype information of different gene markers.4,query of case serial number according to name, recovery and delection of case information according to case serial number, statistics of case quantity according to year and case type.5,The PI of the standard trio,motherless trio,and both parents trio, CPI,and RCP can be calculated, DP, TDP in identification and the gene markers can be added and deleted at will.6,Print function include caculation result and paternity identification report. ConclusionUsing java combined with database has got special paternity test management software,which can be used to do calculation work in paternity test and manage case information.this software makes paternity test work easy.
