To evaluate the clinical application and the role using the CT maximum slope method in lower extremity arterial disease. Methods and MaterialsA total of 38 person (24 patients suffered from PAOD,14 patients are volunteers) underwent CT perfusion of lower extremities and corresponding parameter values of BV, BF, MTT, TTP were obtained. Then the perfusion parameters of the patients were compared with that of the volunteers. The patients'legs were graded by Fontaine grade, and analyzed parameters with each group during CT perfusion respectively.ResultsThe parameters including BV and BF in the tissue of volunteers were higher than in PAOD(P<0.05).. BV correlated with grades of PAOD significantly (P<0.05).There was significant difference with Gradeâ… and Gradeâ…¢of BF (P<0.05). Then there was also no significant correlation between MTT or TTP with grades of PAOD.ConclusionCT perfusion maybe available in the evaluation of PAOD. The value of BV and BF should be paid more attention.
